Looking to take the first step toward a better relationship with training? By working with me, we can work together to improve your movement in the gym, attitude toward nutrition and training for a more balanced lifestyle.

programming

If you lack direction, structure or consistency in the gym, we offer a tried and tested programme to get you stronger and more conditioned in 10 weeks. We also offer bespoke programming, whether you’re chasing a new PB or coming back from injury, we can tailor to your needs and goals.

Group and corporate classes

You can find me teaching group training classes at The Foundry, Old Street, home of Where The Strong Belong. I’m also available to coach and facilitate corporate classes at your work space or The Foundry.
